Please read it before booking
1. With a few exceptions, changes cannot be made after payment has been completed. If you need to change your dates or room type, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
2. Even if you speak Japanese, please make your reservation through the English page.
3. Even if you make a reservation through the Japanese page, if we are unable to verify your permanent residency status, we will charge you the difference on-site.
During the peak season (July and August), we give priority to guests traveling with pets.
Therefore, even if a date appears as “unavailable” on our booking site early on, it may become available as the date approaches.
You can only make reservations through this booking site.
Reservations cannot be made via email, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, or other methods.
※Notice of holiday ：If you see an “X” on the booking site, it means the property is closed for the holiday or fully booked.
